Al Furqan Hosts a Spectacular Fundraiser ‘Bazm-e-Inayat 2025’ | A Night of Giving & Hope

Karachi, Pakistan – Al Furqan Welfare Organization successfully hosted its annual Zakat fundraiser, Bazm-e-Inayat 2025, on Saturday, March 15, at Quaid-e-Azam House. This inspiring event aimed to raise essential funds to provide free, quality education to underprivileged children, paving the way for a brighter and more equitable future for Pakistan’s youth.

The evening was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Chief Guest Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Minister of Energy, Planning, and Development, and Guests of Honour Syed Zulfiqar Shah, Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Antiquities, and Jam Khan Shoro, Minister of Irrigation. Their presence reaffirmed the Sindh government’s commitment to education, social justice, and poverty alleviation.

The event began with a soulful recitation of the Holy Quran and Hamd, followed by the national anthem. A heartfelt performance by Al Furqan students showcased their talent and gratitude, setting the tone for an evening dedicated to generosity and transformation.

In her powerful keynote address, Ms. Faryal, President of Al Furqan Welfare Organization, reflected on the organization’s extraordinary journey:

“What started as a small initiative 13 years ago has now flourished into a beacon of hope for over 3,000 underprivileged children, positively impacting more than 30,000 lives. This incredible progress is a testament to the unwavering support of our donors and sponsors. As we look ahead, Al Furqan aims to empower 10,000 students in the next five years through 50 branches, breaking the cycle of poverty through education.”

Government officials pledged their continued support for initiatives that bridge the educational divide, ensuring every child has access to knowledge and opportunity.

The night concluded with a grand Iftar and dinner, where donors, sponsors, and well-wishers came together in the spirit of unity and giving. Bazm-e-Inayat 2025 was not just a fundraiser—it was a movement, a promise, and a step towards a future where education changes lives.
