The Mustaqbil Fund - Because Our Students’ Dreams Shouldn’t Stop at Matric

At Al Furqan Welfare Organization (AFWO), we’ve always believed that education has the power to change lives – not just for our students, but for entire communities. For years, we’ve worked tirelessly to provide quality education and character-building experiences to children who deserve a fair chance at a brighter future. But as our students graduate from matriculation, one question often lingers: What next?

Too often, financial barriers stand in the way of our bright, hardworking students who dream of pursuing higher education. These are children who have already overcome challenges and proven their potential – yet find their paths cut short due to lack of resources. At Al Furqan, we cannot let their dreams end there.

That’s why we are launching The Mustaqbil Fund – a heartfelt initiative dedicated to supporting our alumni in their journey beyond matriculation, helping them continue their studies in colleges and universities. With a target of Rs. 12.5 million, this fund will directly finance the higher education of our students, ensuring that no deserving student has to give up on their ambitions because of financial limitations.

But what makes this launch truly special is how we’re starting it – through the power of sports. 

On 15th December 2025, Al Furqan will proudly host its first-ever interbranch sports event, “Mustaqbil Pakistan 25,” bringing together over 3,500 students from 17 branches. This grand event will celebrate teamwork, fitness, and the unstoppable spirit. It’s more than just a sports day – it’s a symbol of unity, growth, and hope for the future.

As our students race, kick, and cheer under one sky, we’ll also be racing toward a greater goal – a future where every Al Furqan student can chase their dreams fearlessly. Through The Mustaqbil Fund, we aim to turn that dream into reality.
